Filtered Data in One Worksheet when Copied to another giving a probelm...

Hello All,

I am using office 2007 and I have a certain filter on my Sheet 1 & when i copy this filtered data to another excel worksheet, its pasting the entire data to it as in sheet 1 (on same Row Numbers - not just the selected data - as it used to do before).

Can someone please help me on this? What is changed here? Did I change any setting unknowingly?

Please advice.

Select the filter cells and press CRTL+G it will give you a window naming Go to, now click on special and press Y now only visible cells. This will be select only visible cells and now copy then paste where you want.
