Trying to Merge data between tabs in Excel

Hello all,

I'll start by saying that I have limited experience with Excel but I'll try to Explain what I'm trying to accomplish..

I have two sheets in Excel, each with hundreds of lines. Certain line items between the two sheets will have duplicate information which I'm trying to merge.

for example:

Sheet 1 might have: John, Doe, 1/1/1980, 34 Washington Ave, Nowhere, Ohio
Sheet 2 might have: 34 Washington Ave, Nowhere, Ohio, 6'1", Brown Eyes, Blonde Hair


I'm trying to merge two spreadsheets by using the common factors in each sheet, in this case, the street address. I'm sure this has been explained but I'm not even sure how to verbally describe what I'm trying to do without showing an example, or what this process might be called.

Any help or a point in the right direction would be appreciated
