According to this page (http://geek.michaelgrace.org/2010/03...-a-skype-call/), you should be able to do this by entering this as the hyperlink address (with the asterisks replaced by the number you want to call):
callto://+***********

If you want to call a Skype username, it's this:
skype:********?call

I haven't tried these myself, so can't guarantee they'll work - but worth a try I think
