Phonetic Alphabet Code Generator

Dear experts,

I have data as A, B, C.... column A range(A2:A27) & in column B alfa, bravo, charlie..(B2,B27)

I want if i write in column D (D2) as word Umesh it will reflect me as Uniform, Mike, Echo, Sierra, Hotel in (E2)

Do help me out if you find any formula or any solution related to this

This will b really an honor if you would do this

It seem very close enough which i am looking for

it show only uniform against Umesh

I want for umesh to show (pronounce on telephonic conversation to the customer) as (Uniform, Mike, Echo, Sierra, Hotel)
