    How can i neatly project this data in a graph

    I have this data in a excel sheet

    \1

    It says no. of sales for three products in 4 months for different places(Column values). Kindly help me in projecting the data in a graph neatly.

    Maybe in a stacked bar chart? I reorganized your data to allow fro month grouping. See attached.

    I think that you might be able to take advantage of Pivot Charts. Create a Pivot chart from your data table by adding Product and Date to A1 and B1 Respectively and then fill in column A with the products instead of leaving blanks. This will allow you to manipulate the data and chart very easily.
    By entering Date and Product in the Axis fields box and the locations in the Values box you can change the chart from having the
    products on the X axis to having the Dates on the X axis just by changing their order in the Axis fields box. You can also use the filters of the pivot table produced to get specific reports by Date or Product.

    The enclosed file shows an example of Pivot Chart with Pivot Table. You can change the chart type by right clicking within the chart and then choosing Change Chart Type. Bar or Column Charts Plain, Stacked or 100% Stacked are good choices.
