Mailing List -- Multiple Attributes to One Recepient

I have multiple tax parcels that all have the same owner. What I want to do is somehow generate a mail merge list where every parcel associated with that unique owner is treated as one object. As it is now, there are 2,454 rows of data with only about 1,000 unique owners. If I try to do a mail merge, it wants to generate 2,454 separate labels. So, if one owner has the title to 54 parcels they would receive one piece of mail with all those parcels listed rather than 54 pieces of mail. Is there any simple way to do this? excelhelp.png

    Welcome to the forum.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
