I recently created an Access add-in which allows Access application developers to easily create and edit their own or the Access built-in shortcut menus (some may recall these were once called commandbars). Even though the Commandbar menus have been deprecated (you can no longer create these menus because of the ribbon), you can still create your own shortcut (right click) menus and modify the built-in menus by adding your own controls to those menus.
I'm trying to determine whether Excel developers do this on a regular basis, or whether there would be a market within the Excel community for such a functionality. It has been a long time since I have used Excel, or developed anything significant in Excel, so I'm just trying to get a feel for whether advanced Excel users create their own shortcut menus or add controls to the menus in their applications.
