Enter and Update Data on One Cell based on Date

Hi, Good Afternoon,

I have an Excel file where i input daily expenses, cash and sales (per salesperson). This data needs to be input daily , but using the same form.
The issue is , since the data should be input daily. I have to make a 1 page report for each day . Making it 31 Pages per month.
And once the data of the current day is entered . i usually hide it, so by the next day , i am working with the current "page".

My question is , is there a way for the cells to store multiple data based on the day of the month ?
Or is there a more efficient way of input-ting and storing this data .

Also I should note, the cells of these data are interlinked with other excel files with the corresponding date.
For example: Cell "Aqua" on date "20-Dec-15" will be linked on another workbook named "Expenses" , date "20 Dec 15" , under the category "Aqua".

I kindly hope for some assistance. I am attaching the excel file im currently working on.

Could you briefly explain the logic of this excel file. I am not sure I understand how this works.
