    INdex/Match Formula

    Hello All,

    I am trying to figure out the Index Match Formula for the attached excel example. In the attached excel workbook, in O2 (highlighted in blue), I am trying to have the IndexMatch formula return the corresponding %% in the table to the left (From the grey section). The formula should be based on the criteria in M2 and N2, which are both drop downs. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

    This should do what you want. Enter in O2 and format as % and no decimal places.
