    Pulling non-contiguous data into a contiguous set.

    I receive a spreadsheet with water consumption, cost, and rate for each month. For example, A2 has January consumption, A3 has January associated cost, A4 has January's rates. Then it starts over for the next month. A5 is February consumption, A6 is for February cost, ...

    I want to pull just the Consumption for each month into a string of contiguous cells. B1 is January consumption, B2 is February consumption, etc.

    What's the easiest way to accomplish this?

    Can you post the excel file you are working with, Or an example?

    I'm looking to grab E492, H492, K492, etc and place it in A500, B500, C500, etc.

    Yes, that works. I figured that an OFFSET function would come into play. I was hoping for a simpler solution but this works. Thanks!!
