Duplicate words from one column to the next with additional letters added

Hello. I have a basic excel list of a few thousand domains. What I need to do is duplicate this list but the new list contains the domain names as a page to one main domain. So some letters and characters are added, i.e. "newdomain.com/" and some letter are removed like the ".com" at the end of the original domain name. Below are examples of exactly what I mean. It will make it more clear.

www.fakedomain.com ----> www.newdomain.com/fakedomain
www.alsofakedomain.com ----> www.newdomain.com/alsofakedomain
www.domainfake.com ----> www.newdomain.com/domainfake
www.fakedomainalso.com ----> www.newdomain.com/fakedomainalso

Is this possible in excel? Is there a way to not make my life more difficult than it needs to be with this wonderful program?
