currently i print my receipt using excel and i want key in location G2 with any word , it will update the current time on location F2.
example : when i key in k2 in location G2 , location F2 will update current time . 18:15.
can it be ?

First go to file/options/formulae and enable "ITERATIVE CALCULATIONS".
Then use this formula in F2:
=IF(G2="","",IF(F2="",NOW(),F2))
Format G2 as time. It will show blank until something is entered in G2. A time will appear. If you overtype the entry in G2, the time will not change. If you delete the value in G2 and then type a new entry, the time will update.

If you are still using Excel 2003 (as your profile states),
Go to Menu > Tools > Options > Calculation Tab
Check Iterative Calculation box.
