Auto fill cells without formula

Hello,

i attached an example to help. Very hard to explain.....

What i'm trying to do is have excel fill out the rest of the rotation with "eo" if the user selects "eo" in any of the drop list cells.



Please see attached example: When user selects "eo" in g21, h21 to o21 should select "eo" automatically.

Ps: I cant use formulas because i need the drop lists to still be available in those

cells, and the formula would be erased as soon as user uses the drop list.
