Find the attached file <Delete the REF names 021215>.

Is there any way to delete these defined names #REF!, the Delete option is dimlighted.

If the worksheet is protected, unprotect it & try again...

It would have been more useful if you had uploaded the actual workbook rather than just a picture which doesn't add much to what you've told us.

Thanks, yes the file sheets are password protected, i unprotected and deleted the defined names.
