Struggling with lookup

Hi, I've got a range of numbers in Column A (say 1,4,7,8,13,16,18,22,30)

In Column E I have another range of numbers (say 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13...30)
In Column F I have some results which tie in with Column E (say 34, 66, 197, 8, 54,....99)

I want to write a formula in Column B which checks to see if the figure in Column A matches the figure in Column E exactly and if it does I want to display the figure in Column F.
