Vertical Lines on graphs

Hi all

I am having problems getting vertical lines in Excel 2013. In earlier versions, no problem, I used the ERROR bar and then set the % to 100, but it seems that in 2013 I can only acieve this if all the bars are set to ERROR. A workaround I have done is to establish the graph in 2003 and import it, but as I use this facility a lot, i need to be able to make this work in 2013. I want to achieve a set of vertical lines from 1 string of data.
Any suggestions ?

ps, I don't consider myself to be an Excel dork, but then I am not the sharpest tool in the box

Attached book of what I am trying to achieve. This was established in 2003 version and imported into 3023. the vertical lines are achieved by using ERROR bars.if I can do this if I start with ERROR bars, but cannot add ERROR bars to an existing graph. Any suggestions ?
