Nesting logic formulas

Hi all - it's me again!

This time I would like to include an IF function and an OR function into the one logical formula. I have tried various ways of doing it and googled for answers but I'm still not getting it right!!

In this example Column O displays a date based on the date in column J. I want this cell to be blank if column L says "Closed without Enrolment" OR "Discharged". I can manage the formula with just one, but when both are in it, I just can't make it work.

Of course if there are other ways to do it, I am more than happy with that!
