    Excel convert text to number

    Hello I've basically tried everything Google has thrown at me but I still can't convert text to number unless I enter it manually. I don't mind doing things manually but it's a lot of data I think.... could someone PLEASE help me convert the data cells that are text to number? Also please tell me what you did...
