PLEASE HELP to fix a Worksheet in a .xlsm workbook

I must have done something wrong in a worksheet after which this worksheet expanded to 10K rows and 10K columns and made the entire workbook too heavy. Previously I used to fix the same problem by simply copying data from the damaged worsheets to a new worksheet and deleting the damaged one, but in this case I do not want to follow this way because it feeds data to multiple other worksheets and pivot table in a file. Does anyone know a smart and safe way to fix such a problem?
