Link columns next to sorted column

Hello

I have a case where I constantly add new names to column A. In column B the names are sorted alphabetically with the SORT function.
Next to the sorted column I have 2 other columns where I put an X if the person comes to the event and if the person has payed.

Now how can I make that the last 2 columns automatically move with the dynamic sorted column?

I am not aware of any Sort function, aside from the sort buttons on the home and data ribbons. If you are sorting using a button and don't want the first column included, then just highlight the columns that you do want included in the sort, before pressing the sort button.
