Hello Excel Forum!
I have a list of... items. I would like to assign a name to these items at random and for a configurable amount of times. The names that I would like to assign and the items are in specific groups, so I would like only those that are assigned to group one, be assigned to items in group 1.
The attachment has clearer instructions in cell B2 that explains what I am trying to do. As always I appreciate everyone!

I haven't received a response so I am going to assume that what I am asking is either bonkers or not feasible. I've been playing with this and came to a work around.

I need to be able to use this formula to specify how many times a name is repeated in the list, but I need it to check to see which group it is being added too. The names are assigned to groups in columns B and C respectively. I have groups listed in column F. I want list the names in column B in column E but only if they match the right grouping in column F.
Let me know if this is enough information or what else I can provide.
