can not print whole page

    can not print whole page

    i just take print of one page, i set top & bottem margin to zero thats why excel not printing whole page
    on one page there is space for print more three lines on that page but excel printing that lines on next page
    i also want to tell that i giving print of selected text, so what can i do to take print of whole selected matter on
    one page. thanks in advance

    Just because you set the margins to 0 doesn't mean that the printer is actually capable of doing that with the size of paper that you are using. If you really want to print to the extreme limits of the paper, set the size of the paper larger to compensate for the area that the printer cannot print to and then set the margins so that the printable area of this over-sized paper will be the size of the paper that you are using. This however doesn't affect the ability to print to the top edge of the paper. To do that, you have to add a strip of paper the width of the unprintable area for the top margin to the paper that you are printing on.

    Another way to overcome the limitation is to enter in the printer driver a paper size larger than what you want to print to and adjust the margins to give the size required. Then you have to trim the paper. (this is a pain in the neck if you don't have the equipment to do it properly.....been there and done that)

    That leave the only other option as stated by jason.b75
