Advance web query question

Hi everyone, I'm new here! Anyways I was just wondering if it's possible to make a web query that could check if a link says something (ex. one says ranked, another says normal) then follow that link to pull info from the page that the link takes you to. Like, there's a list of links, and it looks for a certain keyword, then follows the links with that keyword and pulls information from those pages. Like i said I don't know if this is even possible but I thought I'd ask.
