Hi guys,

please see attached example. I am trying to use Conditional Formatting to highlight the duplicate email addresses & be able to sort so all the duplicates are in order and the unique records are in order aswell.

is this possible please?

It's possible to highlight duplicates, but not to sort them, using conditional formatting.

For highlighting duplicate email addresses, try,

=COUNTIF(B$2:B2,B2)>1

using custom formatting on the B2:B6 in the sample.
