How do I make a Userform to add data to an existing table?

Hey all, I'm doing a project for my work to improve how we record our data, but I'm having some trouble. I am trying to fill a day to day spreadsheet on daily production.

Basically, I want a sheet designed that will feed data into the appropriate cell, in where the user chooses the operator from a dropdown box with the appropriate date, i.e the current date of the day of production then the cell for AM1 or AM2 depending on the time of day, and then that will populate the spreadsheet in the appropriate cells.

Please help, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
