Formula required between two diffrent dates and conditions.

Hello guy’s 

“Compliant” and “Non-Compliant” formula required : in the Spreadsheet column Cell K:3 (Date Occurred) have date 09 March 2015
And Column cell N:3 (Date Updated) have 11 October 2015 then we have “Compliant” and “Non-Compliant” result as in the cell O:3 as “216”

So, if I change Date in the next day column N:3 with “15 October 2015” then I would need formula for “Compliant” with no change in the column “Days Non-Compliant” Result:216

Please let me know if I would need any additional columns should be add in the spreadsheet?

If in the column have “Non-Compliant” then formula should be changes
