Raw data manipulation

Hello experts,

I would like to search on how to take raw delimited data and convert format it , calculation and addition of call looms automatically. What would be my search criteria so I can look it up and study on how to do such action. I currently import it and then I have to manipulate the data add columns and formulas to get the and result. This is something I do routinely from a specific raw data. Thank you

I'm not sure how to help with your search criteria. However, I would simply copy the latest workbook you have already created the formulas and formatting in. Go to the new raw data file and copy, then switch to the new workbook. In the first cell of the first row of data (say, cell A2 if there are headings in row 1) right click then elect <Paste Special>. Click on <Values> radio button. Click OK. This should paste over the old raw data with the new and update the formulas without changing the formatting. NOTE: leave the newly pasted data selected while you scroll down the page to see whether there are any rows of data below the newly pasted rows. These unselected rows need to be deleted because they are left over from the old data. If you do not do this, some calculations could be wrong.
