Fill in blocks to get numbers on another sheet

I need to be able to manually select a number of cells in the implementation tab and fill them in black. Upon doing this i need the corresponding row to have the cell numbers in them.

For instance if you were to type 5 and 6 in the cat5 tab on row 1 in the next two cells it will show as a black block on the implantation tab as 5 and 6. I need to able to reverse this, instead of typing the numbers i need to be able to fill in the cells on implementation 5 and 5.5 and it put the numbers 5 and 5.5 on the cat 5 tab. I need to be able to do tthis on every row and column
