Smart Sort, Single To Multiple Columns

Good Morning,

I have a list of data that will be imported from a source which will give me a list of names (column A on example) and a grouping (column B on example).

I need some form of sort that will interrogate column B and then put the corresponding item in column A into the correct unique column headed by grouping (D1-J8 on example).

If these could also be alphabetically sorted that would be a bonus.

Any and all help appreciated.
