Would this be possible? to link text and colour the cell next to selected text with the same colour?

Hi newdoverman thats great! can i get this to copy over the colour to the next cell aswell? as it just colours the cell "facebook" when i need it to copy that colour to the next cell (to the right)

In the Applies to, enter the range to the right of A4 so the applies to would be $B$4:$C$17. I have created rules for some of the colours but not all and have applied the rules for the first few sections in the top part of your worksheet.
