Saving data daily on different sheet alongside date

I have a master spreadsheet that takes data from different spreadsheets and is always updating. I've been trying to find a way to have this information saved in a separate sheet alongside the date each day, however I can't find a way to do it. Can anybody help?

I've uploaded a simplified version of the spreadsheet as an example.
