I couldn't tell you for the life of me what is wrong with this lookup. Looking in column Q on the "All" sheet. The #N/A errors on rows 56, 63, 86, 136, and 139.License Req.xlsx
MATCH function requires a MATCH type ( =MATCH(cell_ref,range,0)) for an exact match. The default match type is 1. So add the 0 to your formulae, works better
