Formula to sort by time

Thanks for the welcome.
I have attached the file, i want to take the info in the left hand box and sort it into the right hand box with the earliest times first as showed. its easy enough to do this manually with the sort function but I would like to find a formula that will do it automatically.
This site has been extremely helpful with the workbook i'm working on and this is the first time I haven't been able to find an answer, so thanks to everyone who has posted on here in the past.
