I just want to distribute my excel sheet where I want to put watermark or word art which cant be changed by any one except that they can change everything in sheets.

as well as is it possible that after certain date file will be completely locked with password?

or is it possible that after certain opening file will not be open i.e. if I put that file can be open 5 times only then after 5 times it will be locked and shows nothing.

I am new to excel and dont know much I know its possible with macro so please help me and show me proper steps
