    How can I combine Index, Match & Lookup function?

    If any row in column B = 100%, then pick the relevant Quartile number (i.e, Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4), else leave it blank.

    I am attaching the sheet for reference.

    I want to populate all the colored space with the relevant Quartile number.

    Please help me out.
