Adding dates and names to dropdown list

Hi - so I have a drop down list consisting on the following:

Not interested
Interested
CDA sent
CDA signed
CPL arranging SSV
CRA arranging SSV
SSV planned
SSV done
Selected
Declined
Rejected

I want the users to be able to change the CPL/CRA to their name and also add dates to the SSV planned and SSV done. Is there a way I can do this in one cell?

So is there something where for example - someone selects CPL/CRA arranging SSV and then it prompts them to enter their name? like wise with the dates ones.
