Dear all,
i want to make calculator for calculating fuel consumption on the selected parameter like model, capacity (sheet attached).
Pls. help me out with formulas required for the same.

Unless I have misunderstood your request, your data are rather badly organised. What is the expected answer if I select the following:
A CUM30
B 125 KVA
C Backhoe Loader
D 0.5
This is an impossible combination, isn't it?? Can you/I rearrange it to allow only POSSIBLE combinations....

The combination as follows:
For selected model: 25% of capacity utilization of cp30: fuel consumption will be calculated as 25% of selected DG fuel consumption * 25% of selected loader fuel consumption.
Rest u can rearrange the same for possible combinations.

As advised, i have rearrange the same for possible combinations.
For e.g MA20 Batching Plant is run with either 75 or 125 kva and with Backhoe or Wheel Loader.
so for combination like MA20 runs with 75kva & backhoe with capacity utilization of 25%.
ltr/hr shall be sum of 25% of fuel consumption of both backhoe & DG 75 kva: (4.4+2.0).
ltr/*** shall be division of total fuel consumption/ (25% of capacity utilization of MA20): (4.4+2.0)/5
