I want to make B2 unprotected in the protected sheet (Sheet2). How to do that?
With the sheet unprotected, select B2 (and any other cells you want to unprotect) right click and Format Cells> Protection tab and uncheck "Locked"
Now protect the worksheet (From Review Tab)

substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
