Hello. If I have a cell that is multiplied by a % in another cell, how can I get that cell to equal a certain number without having to play around with the %?

Let me see if I understand. You have a*x=b. You want to enter a value for a, then change x until b equals a certain value, is that correct?
You could play around with Goal Seek or Solver for this, but the algebra is so simple here, I would simply do the algebra then enter the formulas accordingly.
1) Enter value for a
2) Enter the desired value for b
3) Enter the resulting formula for x (can I assume you can do the algebra?)
