Was wondering if anyone could provide help.
I've been asked to come up with a spreadsheet which can calculate the bradford factor score for all of our employees.
I have borderline non existent skills when it comes to excel formulas, so this is sending me in circles.
Can anyone assist as to how I would go about this?

The Bradford Factor is calculated by the following formula:
B=SxSxD
S is the number of instances absent over a period of time which is usually 52 weeks
D is the number of days absent over that period of time
I have enclosed an example with the days absent in B4, the number of times absent in B6
The formula is then:
