Round to the nearest quarter dollar

I thought this would be something I would find already here, but didn't have any luck.

How do I write a formula that forces the answer to be rounded up to the nearest quarter dollar? I have a form I would like to move into excel. There are a few places that take a dollar amount and split it by a percentage (60/40, 70/30, etc) but since we are dealing with no coins smaller than a quarter it needs to round (always up) to the next quarter dollar. Is this as simple a thing as I think it should be?
