how to create multiple drop down

hi

i need help in this.

i have an excel sheet of companies and list of contacts in them. Column A is name of companies and column B is contacts. Several companies have multiple contacts in them.

i have created a quote template in sheet 2 and now i want have a drop down of companies to choose and then the cell below should be able give the option of contacts in the company.
