Need formula to copy down until the next empty space

Hi,
In the excel attached, you can see the column B customer name, column C job number.
I need to copy my customer name right beside the job number.
The example looks very easy whit 15 lines, but it is not easy with 18 thousand lines.
Please advice and thank you in advance.
