negative to positive

I have a LARGE column of data that i need to change from being a positive value to a negative value. how can i do this quickly?

Hi,

Enter the value -1 in any cell
Select and copy this cell (CTRL + C)
Select your data and make a paste special, multiply (CTRL + ALT + V, select Multiply, click OK)
