Summary of data based on multiple criteria

    Hi all,

I'm hoping to get some help please: I have a large 'export' (approx 2,000 lines) that has particular items for each state. I'd like to be able to summarise this data under each heading on the attached document.

I’ve manually entered the data for one of the items, and trimmed the export to relieve sensitive information – I just cannot figure it out. I’ve tried variations of vlookup /match/search, but can’t seem to get it working with multiple Best Before Dates per state, per item.

Any ideas? Thanks so much in advance for your time. Hope I made sense..
