I am creating a program which creates a proposal through excel. The document is about complete except I have a field which allows the user to enter in the hours of operation for a business manually. Is there a way to create a pop out box which has each day broken down and allows you to choose each days hours from a box.

I work for a snow removal company and the hours of operation are very important. Even if there are only 3 drop down boxes, (Monday through Friday hours, Sat hours, and Sun hours) that would work great. Also I would like to create a check boxes for 24/7 and closed weekends. I could create these all but space is an issue here and i have no idea where to start on creating a pop out box as i am unfamiliar with coding to that extent.
