Re: Fomat

Hi, welcome to the forum

Highlight the cells you want that applied to, and then use Conditional Formatting

If you dont know how to do that, send me a sample workbook here
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Hi, thanks you for try to help me.
The idea is to every time somebody is in the excel and leaves a blank space in any cell, I would like to be automatically a color on it.
Every week I need to go trough the list to fill with color the spaces in blank, it mean, the users need to fill it out sooner.
I hope you understand my point.
Thank you so much for your interest.

Re: Format

Hi Manena

Here are the instructions on how to use Conditional Formatting.

Assuming your range of cells is B10:D15

Go to Conditional Formatting (Home tab), Select New Rule... > Use a formula to determine which cells to format,
Enter formula: =B10="", click on Format and select Fill, desired color, click OK. In Apply to enter range: =$B$10:$D$15 and click Apply, OK

Re: Format

Thanks you Sir for your replay.
As you see my knowledge of excel it is not pretty advance, but I am trying.
The questions is, where should I write the formula =B10=''''
I thought may be in the" format values where this formula is true" but there it is nor supposed to be the rage in this case B10:D15?

Thanks you very much for taking your time to help me here.
