Combine values multiple rows

Hi,

I hope you are well. I'm hoping to get a solution to this.

I receive reports that lists names on column A and their result items on column B. This report comes with Column A having 2 or more of the same values and has its own rows. I usually do a conditional formatting to see the ones that have the same values. I would like the names and all of its result items combined. Please see below picture. Please how do I achieve this.
