Calculate percentage of work complete in hours

How can I get the result to give me % of work complete, and once the remaining hours are Zero, how can the Work complete = 100%


Cell C3 = 4 hrs
Cell D3 = 1 hrs
Cell E3 = %work complete ?

This is good, but it calculates based on the hours in Cell D2
every task is independent horizontally
So i need it to calculate C3 D3 and E3 will give the result of line 3
Not too sure if this is possible
