Hey guys,

so here is my problem:
I have an excel document, set my print area for it and made sure that everything perfectly fits into the print area. However, when I check the print preview (or print it) it doesn't look the same. Suddenly there is a lot of free space next to the written text. But when I return to the normal view and increase the font size, it looks like it is outside the print area.
Why does excel do that and how can I stop that from happening. If this document was just for me, I could live with it, bus as many different people are supposed to use it, it can't look like that.
Any help will be much appreciated!
